SACRED VALLEY
Between 7:15 AM and 7:50 AM, we will pick you up from your accommodation in the city center. The Sacred Valley of the Incas tour begins in Cusco and heads to Pisac, where we will visit the archaeological complex and the artisan market.
Next, we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba and continue to Ollantaytambo, an archaeological town surrounded by valleys and mountains that served as a fortress. Its constructions show evidence of astronomical, administrative, urban, livestock, and agricultural functions. The town is also famous for its hydraulic engineering and water distribution through canals.
Finally, the tour concludes in Chinchero, where we can admire the ancestral traditions of agriculture and weaving, featuring Inca iconography. We will then return to Cusco, arriving around 6:30 PM.
